Our team is dedicated to helping homeowners throughout the buying and selling process, from start to finish. Our Story
Legacy3Enterprise LLC is a women-owned real estate investing company. The company was
started to give true and honest support to home-owners that need to sell their homes and may
need to sell their homes. Having nearly lost two homes to foreclosures herself, the owner
intimately understands how important it is to have the support during this time.
The owner has also purchased a home from a real-estate investor, who was also a licensed real-
estate sales agent. The home was so badly renovated that she had to make fight to stay in the
home. At times, it was a decision to either pay the mortgage or renovate the home. After
coming through this battle, she was determined to fight for other homeowner’s because there was
no one fighting for her…even the State and County officials that should have.
The owner’s integrity and service-over-self is what drives her. She believes wholeheartedly that
the end game is always to help the homeowner. Her customer-facing ethics is what is needed for today.
